With money being tight for many of us this Winter don’t forget that most of the services on offer at Downend Library are FREE. So that means it is still FREE:
- To join the library
- To borrow books (with DVDs available to 50p for 3 weeks hire)
- Reserve books from across South Gloucestershire and the neighbouring authorities for collection at Downend Library
- No fines on childrens books
- Bring your pre-school child to Rhyme Time (Wednesdays 9.30am)
- Collect your Bookstart pack (for pre-schoolers)
- To use the computers and WiFi (printing also available at a small charge)
- Research your Family History on Ancestry (available on the library computers)
- Download our e-books, e-audiobooks, e-newspapers, e-magazines at www.librarieswest.org.uk
- And Come along to our Coffee Morning (Fridays 9.30am any donations towards Tea & Coffee welcome)
