Flower Show Committee – Volunteers Required – 9th February

The Frenchay Flower Show Committee will be meeting at the Village Hall this Thursday 9th Feb at 7pm to discuss whether it is going to be possible to run the Show this year.

The current Chairman and several members of the Committee, including the Secretary, have had to stand down this year but will support it and act as co-Chair and co-Secretary this year if required. The Committee are however also in desperate need of more people to be involved in roles like publicity, organising stands and sponsorship etc, etc.

It would be very sad indeed if this event cannot take place, especially following the outstanding success and attendance when the show was held last year after a two year absence due to Covid. Please attend the meeting or contact Karen if you can help or are interested in what roles are available to suit your skills and availability.
